By accessing or using the Website, including, but not limited to, mobile websites, Lomic Law profiles on social media sites and any other digital services or properties operated or used by the Lomic Law from time to time (collectively the “Sites”) you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use (the “Terms of Use”). Please read these Terms of Use as well as Lomic Law’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Sites.

How Lomic Law Uses and Discloses Personal Information

Whenever possible, Lomic Law will only use and disclose Personal Information to the extent that is necessary and appropriate for us to assess whether Lomic Law has a conflict of interest, to offer and provide legal services, to fulfill legal and professional obligations and to administer client records and bills for our services. For clients, we recommend contacting Lomic Law to update their Personal Information if there are any changes to ensure we have up to date personal information.
 

How Lomic Law Safeguards Personal Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to Lomic Law. We protect your Personal Information by maintaining physical, organizational and/or technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of such Personal Information. Personal Information may only be accessed by persons within our organization who require such access in the court of assisting in the provision of legal services. We retain Personal Information that we collect only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal requirements.
